Our international management team consists of nine members who are collectively responsible for running the NNIT business. Every day, they take the lead in moving our business forward and ensuring that tasks are completed and issues resolved in accordance with the Board's rules of conduct, the articles of association and all applicable laws and regulations. Career:
Pär Fors has spent almost his entire working life in the IT industry. He began his career as a business controller and CFO and then moved into operations in various directorial roles at WM Data and Logica. In 2012, Logica became part of CGI where Pär first held the role of Managing Director, Application and Technology Services for CGI Sweden, then he became CEO of CGI Sweden and ultimately took office as CEO of CGI Scandinavia in 2019. From May 2017 to June 2021, Pär Fors was Chairman of the Board of the association Swedish IT and Telecom Industries. He joined NNIT in June 2021.

Career:
Carsten Ringius started his career as an economist in Skandia Liv in 2001 with focus on portfolio and risk management. In 2002, he joined A.P. Moller - Maersk where he held a number of leadership positions, including being responsible for Maersk finance process offshoring to service centres in India, China and the Philippines, CFO for Maersk Benelux, and Global Business Process Owner for Maersk Line Finance & Accounting. In 2011, he joined TDC as divisional CFO initially for TDC Wholesale, and later as divisional CFO for TDC Nordic and TDC Erhverv, including TDC NetDesign and TDC Hosting. In 2016, he joined K.W. Bruun Import as Group CFO.

Lars B. Petersen started his career in IBM Denmark where he held a number of different positions from 1995-2007, including stationing in USA. Having begun his sales leadership career in 1997, he continued this path as sales director in NNIT in 2007. From 2011, he assumed responsibility for Marketing and Business Development; and later on he added Communications and Sustainability. As of 2023, Commercial Excellence was further added to his responsibilities.

Jason Xing joined NNIT in October 2007 as the first manager hired locally in China. Jason has been central to growing the NNIT business in China both as global delivery center and local business.
He was promoted to Corporate Vice President and NNIT China General Manger in January 2019.
Since April 2022, Jason Xing was made responsible for the NNIT offices in China and Singapore. Before NNIT, he worked in OTIS Elevators for 4 years as Senior Manager and Motorola for 7 years as Engineer and Manager.

Ricco Larsen began his NNIT career in 1999 and has since been responsible for several areas in NNIT. Most notably in recent years, from 2011-2014, Ricco Larsen was General Manager for NNIT's operations in China, responsible for establishing NNIT's offshore development and support center, while also establishing local sales, consulting and delivery capabilities. From 2014, Ricco Larsen was made responsible for building NNIT's global operation service function, and was promoted Corporate Vice President in May 2015 assuming global responsibility for IT operations and support on all global outsourcing clients across NNIT's global delivery units and entities.

Kasper started his career in NNIT in 2009, and since then he has worked his way up through six roles – from senior consultant to senior vice president and member of NNIT’s management group.
Before he joined NNIT, he was employed in sales and project management roles at GN ReSound and IBM.
