NNIT’s experience with POMS
Since both POMS and NNIT are well-established life sciences industry veterans, it is no surprise that the two companies have worked together on multiple occasions within the last 10 years, with projects spanning the globe.
NNIT has extensive experience with POMSnet, leveraging its Accelerated Implementation Method for effective project management. This approach ensures efficient solution scoping and the gathering of user requirements, whether installing POMSnet on-premises or in the Cloud on Microsoft Azure, as well as a full validation process with the POMS validation package and automated testing to ensure compliance and reliability.
Additionally, NNIT's experienced recipe engineers have managed New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement for API and biologics drug substance (DS) production. Projects have usually included Organizational Change Management (OCM) such as the development and management of communications plans and training programs, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of the POMSnet system.
