NNIT Graduate Programme
Are you a recent masters graduate? And are you ready for a flying start to your IT career? Then the NNIT Graduate Programme is a perfect opportunity for you.
You are a recently qualified computer scientist, IT engineer, or masters of business administration and computer science. You have achieved good results in school and are analytical, ambitious and a team player.
The programme
You get a personal mentor and 18 months of solid experience. As a graduate, you will gain a broad range of practical experience in a short time. You will complete three modules that cover core areas within IT solutions or operations, and possibly also spend a period of time at our international offices.
You will focus intensely on practical experience and learning, both in the actual project groups, in the dialogue with other graduates and in the regular conversations with your personal mentor. You will be offered selected training courses and certifications that match your abilities and ambitions, and you will gain a clear sense of how you can best apply your talent in the future.
Modules
Choose three modules within the following areas - in collaboration with your mentor.
- Operations: Our IT Operations Services division is responsible for everything from infrastructure and standard applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library).
Here, you can follow a technical path and specialise in our technologies and services e.g. based on HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Unix/Linux or Oracle. You can also follow a more integrated and customer-focused path and specialise in project management or service delivery management for a specific segment.
- Solutions: Our Solutions division is responsible for our advisory services, business solutions and business application management. We advise our customer on how IT applications support their core business, build and implement it solutions and manage their business applications.
Here, you will work within application maintenance and development as a business analyst, application consultant, management consultant, solution architect or project manager within a wide range of different technologies and across several segments – or you might work in a specific SAP track. There is a wide range of possibilities and roles in this part of the organisation for you to choose from – depending on your preferences and competencies.
- Quality & Security: Besides our IT Operations Services and Solutions divisions we have established a new separate graduate track where you focus specifically on Quality & Security. The main cornerstone in NNIT's strategy is to be able to deliver critical services to regulated industries – e.g. the medico and financial industry.
The main focus of the Quality & Security department is to ensure that NNIT’s customers get the right level of quality and security. Among others we work with NNIT’s compliance setup and processes, we conduct audits and we ensure the right security level. By working as a graduate in Quality & Security you will get insights into what are prerequisites for delivering high quality and secure services to some of the biggest Danish and European companies.
A graduate position in Quality & Security will be combined with a position in e.g. Project Management or IT Operations.
